Hi,
I am unable to add extra users with cPanel. They appear to be created, but they can't log in.
I've tried :
- username and password
- username@< our domain >.heliohost.org and password
- ouruser@our.email and password
I tried the three above on the addresses :
Am I doing something wrong? Which of those is correct?Am I limited to a single user?Is this a known issue?Thanks
