Did you package your mysql-connector-java-5.1.44-bin.jar etc into your .war? https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/Connector-J/mysql-connector-java-5.1.44.tar.gz

I'll check my project. The web service is running on my computer's local host so I am assuming the jar's in my project library.

I'm trying to access my web service that returns a JSon data from a mysql database shown below:

http://glennvp.heliohost.org//TeamProjectREST/rs/agent/getLogin/judy

All i'm receiving is: com.mysql.jdbc.Driver

Is this a driver issue?

Just upload the new version and submit another deploy request. Each person can have one war file deployed so any new deployment overwrites the old.

Is it possible for me to un-deploy my war file? I din't realize that the database and username are prefixed with my handle.

I have to change my code for my web service to work.

Tommy usually takes a few hours to a day or so, which is quick considering Johnny users have to wait in line for months for Java support.

 

If you check that Java page again, it should tell you the estimated wait time.

• Go to https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/java/index.live.php
• Click Request Java
• Wait for java to be enabled on your account.
• Click Upload.
• Select your .war file from your hard drive.
• Make sure your .war file is selected in the dropdown menu (if you have more than one .war uploaded.)
• Click Deploy.

 

Any chance java will be activated today/
