Do you have a certificate from a trusted root provider? If not, are you aware of the dangers of self-signing? (ie. browsers will display a red bar and warn users against visiting your webpage)

I have a certificate from StartSSL - a trusted root provider.

This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

I was wondering if it would be possible to get a dedicated ip address so that I can use an SSL certificate?

My details are as follows:

cPanel username: alex

Domain: alexander.heliohost.org / alexanderm.tk

jerome26: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.

 

Ahome: Okay, I went ahead and deleted the account with that domain name. Can you try again now?

I just tried it, and got the same error message.

I'll wait 24 hours, and try again.

Username: alex

Default domain name: alexander.heliohost.org

Parked domain name: alexanderhome.co.cc

Currently I get the message:

There was a problem creating the parked domain.

Error from park wrapper: alexanderhome.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.

And the server load was under 4.
