Is it possible to know the reason a little bit more in the details? If it is just high site trafic, if I am consuming too much memory or CPU, or for other reasons?

Anyway, is it possible to be unsuspended just to download the database content?

I would like to know the reason of the suspension. Around one month ago I got my account suspended for high load on php. I was doing all the modifications required to resolve this, but I managed to put them live only on the last friday, so if it was the reason the benefits where on their way to be live.

Otherwise please let me know the reason, so I can work on resolve it.

previous Tommy breakdown, my WAR app was secured under HTTPS (https://shuffly-backend.heliohost.org/shufflyMusicBackend/)

Now that I am back on Tommy, anyway, only HTTP is enabled for the Java app.

Is it possible to move it again over HTTPS? I don't need the application over HTTP and HTTPS at the same time, only HTTPS is enough for me.

So, just to understand: my previous website was based on Java, and I would need Java again to put it back online.

At the moment on Johnny I have to wait the queue to have it activated.

Do I have any other option, right now with the restore ongoing, on Heliohost, to have a domain with Java activated, in relatively short time?

thank you very much for the help, finally I manage to recreate my account on Johnny without problems.

Hopefully I have one last request: I actived the Java support for the new account, but it estimates that it will be activated on 2019-11-30.

Since my site is almost completely based on Java, is there any way to speed up this process?

Anyway, apparently I am missing something: I clicked on the invitation on the email and I followed the steps to create an account on Johhny. Apparently everything worked fine and I finished on the page that says that the account is under creation and I must wait and refresh the page.

After a while I refreshed the page, but still I am not able to login:

- with the new user that I created (bard87) I got the response "There is no account in our database that matches that username"

- with the old user (shuffly) I still got "That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to inactivity".

The invitation in the email is not working anymore, like it has been used without problems to create an account.

Can you please help?

If I login in https://www.heliohost.org, it shows a message saying that "That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to inactivity".

I tried to create a new account, but then when I land on the "Sever selection" page it says that both Ricky and Johnny servers are full, and Tommy is Closed. So it seems I am not able to signup on Johnny by myself (or at least I did not found a way to do that).

It would be great if the invite is sent to my helionet email.

Regarding the donation, you are absolutely right (to be honest the donation that I did is pretty ridiculous).

I have been more than happy for the service until now, so once that I restored my website I will be more than happy to contribute in your project.

since this morning my paged hosted on Tomcat are always responing with a 503 error response.

I tried to re-deploy my Java app from the Java Tomcat section, but the deploy is failing with errors (even if I tested it in local and it is working fine).

Can you please help on that?

The problem seems to be not solved, I am experiencing "Connection refused" error to the same hosts.

Is it any action required from the code side?

starting from today I am not able to reach some domains from my PHP and JAVA code from my domain in Heliohost.

In particular, I am not able to reach https://api.fanburst.com and http://api.soundcloud.com/ (which I call to extract some data) from my code. I always get a "Connection refused" error.

I changed the code of my WAR file and executed some tests on my machine.

I did the analysis and now the problem should be solved: the number of thread is always under control during all the period of the load tests of around 10 hours that I executed on my machine.

Is it possible to have the java panel enabled again?

If the problem persists, feel free to remove my WAR again without any problem. I will try other ways to solve it.

Thanks for the response and sorry for the problem. I did test the application on my machine and it was not creating the problem, probably because i did not have the same traffic as the application on the server. Sorry again for everything.

I will change the code and fix this problem. Just to be ready: once that it will be changed, what should I do to deploy it again? Reply to this case to let you know about it?

thanks for the support. I did a quick test with Tomcat 9.0.13 and Java 1.8.0_151 and the application is working fine.

So, at least from my side, if you think that a Tomcat upgrade can solve the situation you can proceed.

Anyway, I just deployed a new version of my app with something limited, in case it can help to solve the situation.

sorry to bother you again, but there are some other problem going on.

I deploy again my app around 1 hour ago. Since then, the "Deploy servlet" page is stuck on the "pending" status, and the website is always giving a 404 error.

Is it possible to know what is going on?
