Hi, i have a new account and hosting on heliohost.org (truckstoreforum.com). I carried out the registration of 27/07/2010. To this day i can not connect with FTP and in internet browser my site is down. But sometimes in cPanel (of course this: http://heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.phpcp) i can go to Disk Browser (?) and public_html folder... What's happening? Is this problem is caused by server downtime? Please, help me! Sorry for my bad english
