Although not required,

I want to achieve A or A+ rating on sslabs on all of my website and blogs. I have

achieved this on my other sites that was hosted on different free hosting service.

But my site hosted at heliohost or the server itself(tommy) seems to not

support Forward Secrecy which halt me from achieving A Ratings.

I have no idea how it generated that number of session files.

I have did a research and found out that php's garbage collector should have deleted this files already but in my case, it didn't..

Temporarily, I have implemented a session timeout on my own in hope that this will prevent the same problem in the future.

Hi, I have deleted all of my contents/emails/trash and logs

but Disk Usage page still shows that I have used all of my storage allotment.

all 999.47 MB goes to the unknown directory 'Other Usage†' so im unable to delete this files.

Please help me delete this files.

Update:

I forgot that zone editor was enabled.

Issue solved by deleting *.the-domain.username.heliohost.org records then readd the domain as addon..

I am having trouble adding the-domain.eu.org as addon domain on my cpanel account.

Can you delete this dns entry then re-add the domain as addon.
