Account still queued after almost one month

Really? That's odd, because that is not the domain I registered and that is not my site. -
Hi there, I signed up to HeliHost on July 21:st but whenever I try to enter my site www.faridyousif.co.cc a message saying that that the account is queued and will be up in 24 hours appears. My cPanel works, but for some reason I can't access my files with an FTP program. I looked around the forum to see if there was anything I missed to do before posting here, but I can't see any reason why it shouldn't work.
