Is there anyway to create an account on Tommy as I would like to use Tomcat. When I try, Tommy is not offered as an option.

Hello

I have just created my account with HelioNet successfully (on Johnny). However I want to switch to Tommy for Java support. To do this I need to delete my account first - but when I try the message comes back saying that my login credentials are invalid. Not sure what's going on.
