I also have this issue. For a couple of days I've been trying to get ssl cetificates installed by following the ssl tutorial. The error I get is: The certificate could not be installed on the domain “pwdpic.heliohost.org”. error: The “/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd” command (process 22626) reported error number 1 when it ended. httpd: Syntax error on line 468841 of [Test Configuration File]: Expected </VirtualHost> but saw </VirtualHost>62.211.131:80 The thing is, it seems like the certificates have been saved to my account as I can autofill and load them (Let's Encrypt) without any issue. It's just that they aren't installed on the server side. I hope a root admin can look into this issue for us.

Is it because I might be getting password-protected user details wrong on my website? I have setup .htaccess / .htpasswd on a page and have been testing alot.

Can an Admin explain why my account was blocked, and can it be unblocked please?
