  1. Thank you very much!
  2. I don’t know where to place this line. The config file is unclear. Please could you assist? EDIT: I have added the header on line 1322 of /home/redweb/public_html/paranormalcfg.ml/htdocs/core/email_api.php
  3. Could I omit the email and send them to the preferences page to disable the emails?
  4. I have added a link with information to unsubscribe from emails in the registration email. Do I need to have it on every email? EDIT: There seems to be no way to add the message on every email. Is the first message sufficient? EXTRA INFO: $s_new_account_do_not_reply = 'Do not reply to this message. To unsubscribe from future emails, please go to http://paranormalcfg.ml/account_page.php'; Inside strings_english.txt in the lang folder.
  5. 1. A user registers for our website and an email activation message is sent. 2. See attached screenshot of profile settings -> Preferences 3. Depends on how much our business grows. Most likely, it will be around 200 emails a day. If I need more, I will request here. 4. The system would send emails on events such as being assigned to an issue, issue status being changed, registration, password resets, account updates etc. Example provided is an account updated warning. This is sent by the system when myself or Tom [CEO] adds one of our clients to a project. Your account has been updated by an administrator. A list of these changes is provided below. You can update your account details and preferences at any time by visiting the following URL: http://paranormalcfg.ml/account_page.php Username administrator => Redstone Example below is a password reset message. Someone (presumably you) requested a password change through e-mail verification. If this was not you, ignore this message and nothing will happen. If you requested this verification, visit the following URL to change your password: http://paranormalcfg.ml/verify.php?id=1&confirm_hash=<reset hash here> Username: administrator Remote IP address: **.***.***.*** Do not reply to this message I hope that this is enough evidence for you. If needed, I will be able to register with a dummy account.
  6. Dear HelioHost, I am using your services to host a bug tracking system for a company [ParanormalConfigurations]. Mantis automatically sends update emails when certain things happen. For example, when the status is changed to "resolved", Mantis emails the reporter saying that the issue has been fixed. However, we expect to have a lot more clients use this at some stage and therefore I would like to request additional emails. I am requesting this preemptively so as not to have to worry about email sending issues in the future. It also has security uses e.g. Forgot Password, Account Activation. Thanks for reading. Yours sincerely, Redstone CSO/CDO ParanormalConfigurations PS: User - redweb Main domain - redweb.heliohost.org
  7. Rresolved! Thanks for the help @Krydos.
  8. User: redweb Main domain: redweb.heliohost.org Issue: While adding an addon domain (paranormalcfg.ml) I received a 500 error because it apparently received an ALRM (14) signal. When I went back to add the domain again, it said that the domain still exists in the Apache configuration. Please could the domain be allocated to my account. Thanks in advance, Redstone
