Anyone an idea? Tried setting the time on my raspi (which uploads to Tommy) by hand some minutes ahead instantly fixed the problem (till the next automatic ntp querrie). But i don't think that should be the solution.

Hi, I'm using PHP-Filetransfers on my site and since Saturday/Sunday im getting timeout errors hinting to timing problem between my system and the server. Checking the server time with a little script https://allgaeuwetter.heliohost.org/time.php it gives me about 2-3 minutes time difference (for UTC) to my PC. I'm quite sure that the time on my decives is in the usual range of a few seconds correctly set. Could you please check if this is a server issue or something else.

Thanks for unsuspending. Sadly I'm here again, the account got suspended until i got home from work and could fix the problem with the FTP connections. That was very likely caused by my local server uploading data in very short intervalls. I deactivated this feature now so that it should not happen again. Could you please unsuspend me once more.

Main domain is: allgaeuwetter.heliohost.org Server: Johnny At the moment I got absolutely no clue what was the cause as i did no changes to the website. In the past my site (weather statistic site) was usually in the lower half of the load charts when i checked it. Please unsuspend my account and give me some hints what caused the high load.

Hello, on my Site allgaeuwetter.heliohost.org is showing (for me) always the default Plesk Page (tested with several devices, browser, resetting, waiting for several hours etc.). Additionally there is also an SSL Certifacte error telling me that the server name mismatch (tried to reissue the Certificate several times). When trying to access the SQL remotely there is an Timeout Error. Could this also be the IPV6 Problem ?

Hello, I had a old Tommy account "marcmul", received the invitation to Tommy today and followed the instructions, choose the suggested new account name "fancharl" and changed the domain to the one I used before "allgaeuwetter.heliohost.org". E-Mail is the same for both accounts. In account status the new name doesn't show up and login is not possible and for the old or the E-Mail only the message for downloading backup/servermaintenance shows up. Could you please help me.
