HIi I have a little problem I bought yesterday a new domain... that is like my main but is .com and I set the dns to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org... but I cant search it from firefox and google chrome from my computer.. just with proxy and my phone.. i thought that was a problem with dns so i set to other host and works fine... I set to cloudflare and send it to here and doesn't work it... so I deleted and created again and still not working... thanks for your help.

Hi I found that if I use a vpn my application works well.. so I don't know if the problem is from cloud flare (I don't think so because my ip is in white list) or the firewall from heliohost server... I work in my application almost all days so i send request all time from my ip but is not like if i send a ping or if i send a ddos request.. so i don't know why block my ip.

Is that i have 2 applications with the same system ... with the same problem..... one redirect to https://guateventas.tk and the other one to https://blackpassword.tk if i set the php page you cant enter because you need to send information to the page if not you get out of it... https://guateventas.tk/log/captcha.php .. https://blackpassword.tk/log/ ... like 2 days ago was working with out of problems.... thanks. I think that the problem is from the host or database... because some time i send and i get back data... so i try 1 ,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 more then 10 times and works and after that I send 1 more and doesn't work...

Hi.. I have a problem.. i did a java desktop application that connect to my php web service and mysql in my domain that is in heliohost and a few days ago was working well... i thought that was my code but i check it and is not because some times the request works find and bring the data with it... I don't know if the problem is with mysql, php or the server.... my account is in tommy ... i set the mysql remote access to 65.19.143.6 that is tommy ip... i did my application like that because if i set mysql connection in java every one can see it so is not secure, so i send request to php with post method so the request to mysql is from the server... but today i try it to sign it and i get back 403 error that is forbidden...

I will see if I can do it with java or php is because I saw that cron job are just enable for 2 times at day and also is more difficult for me XD is that I need to delete a token every 30 seconds lol is because they can stay more time in the database if no one use it, also I have to delete a temporal user every 3hrs if costumer doesn't confirm email.

Hi thanks to much for the answer... is that this one is not my main account because in my main account that is in tommy i cant get inside in to the forum page say that my password is incorrect... but is not... because i can get inside in to the cpanel.... my main account is blackps i was in johnny server but i have some problems with the addon domain and cloudflare so I deleted and make it again a few days ago... but i cant get inside in to forum page... if you can enabled https for jsp in my account i am going to be glad with you thanks. name account in tommy: blackps.. I have 1 more question: always that i deploy is going to be https, or need to ask for change.. i that i did my jsp project and I haven't many problems with js and cookies.. i think that i cant make a cookie I try it and doesnt work and in my pc and localhost works fine so i make it many changes to my jsp project so i haven't to deploy a few times so i need to know if you set with https do i need to ask every time that I deploy?.. thanks

Hi i have it the same problem few days ago.. and i resolved. like mlex say that is a problem with cloudflare because when you try to create and addon first, the domain that you try to add doesn't n have to be redirected to cloudflare if not you create a problem. if you redirect first to cloudflare and you create you addon is never going to redirect to your path domain file. when i try it i did the thing because i send first to cloudflare and after i created and addon and never get on.. i deleted i and i try to set it again but this cut make it this say that the addon that i try to set is set in apache confi ... and i look for it and i cut find the apache conf so i try to make other addon domain with other name domain and i set first the domain to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org after i add the addon domain and works well.. after that i change my domain to cloudflare dns and works fine. but the problem is that if i want to use the domain that i haven problems how do can i fix it?... I haven to deleted my account and make it again... because i didn't find a way to restart all in my account just deleting my account and make it again.. this was hard because i haven't to do it again but i change johnny for tommy and this was the best that i cut do it... after that i created more addon domains and they work find. In a few words do not create the addon domain before redirect the domain to heliohost server ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

Hi i don't know if i can set mysql event enabled on, i created an user with all privileges but say that i cant set event enabled on.. i need to set a events to delete information that i don't need any more. i try with creating a my.conf in etc but dint work it, i search it and i cut find and answer, i can create and event but is not enabled on so is not working... i don't know if i have to pay for that? can some one help me please thanks.
