Username = telliott domain = www.devlingplace.com

I set up a new account about 2 weeks ago. I am able to send emails from the account but I cannot receive emails. The emails bounce back with the message: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <tim@devlingplace.com>: No MX or A records for devlingplace.com. What does that mean? Also I uploaded my web pages but still cannot see the web site www.devlingplace.com. any advice would be appreciated. thx
