I use this account for my university final ptoject. So now i have a problem. Will it use same ip address when i move my account to another server? I want to make sure that. So if it's ok i want to immediately move my account to another server.

How to increase max user connection in mysql

Hello i have a program  which is used in remote mysql. Program work fine. But now it says Error to connect because  user {name} has more than 'max_user connections' active connections.

how I increase max user connection?
