Ok. Are this type of suspensions permanent or does the user have an opportunity to choose between reducing their useage or moving to another host? In this case I'm talking about a no-fault type of situation where a site has legitimately and naturally grown.

How active does a website have to be for thr 20% CPU usage limit to be a concern? Is this something I need to be anxious about if I make a forum or blog and it gets a lot of visitors?
