Dear Admin,
Would it possible to move my account to another server (currently with Johnny and want to move to Tommy) by using my current login and password?
When trying to sing up in heliohost.org, I always get a notification saying that my account is still existing. However, it is unreachable because of Johnny server problem.

I always get "Invalid Login" response.

Hello,
My certificate was requested for my main domain "esp-diego.mg" and other two subdomains "courriel.esp-diego.mg" and "forum.esp-diego.mg" (one certificate for all of them). This certificate could be successfully installed and works fine for "courriel.esp-diego.mg", but could not be installed for "esp-diego.mg" and "forum.esp-diego.mg".
For the moment, I want to keep my hosting account on Johnny.

I want to install the same certificate than my subdomain courriel.esp-diego.mg for my main domain esp-diego.mg and another
subdomain forum.esp-diego.mg (this certificate was requested for esp-diego.mg, courriel.esp-diego.mg and forum.esp-diego.mg) via
Cpanel->SSL/TLS->Install an SSL Website
Unfortunately, I always get the following message for all of them
"The certificate could not be installed on the domain 'esp-diego.mg' (or 'forum.esp-diego.mg')
error The "/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd" command (process 1=9166) reported error number 1 when it ended.
httpd: Syntax error on line 443395 of [Test Configuration File]:
NEED> directive missing closing '>' "
Would you advice me how to proceed ?
Note : The certificate works fine for courriel.esp-diego.mg

Hello,
I already tried to add my domain (esp-diego.mg) as an addon domain, and I got the following message : "(XID gqa9ps) A DNS entry for the domain “esp-diego.espdiego.heliohost.org” already exists."
If I change the subdomain, I get the following message : "(XID zdqg76) The domain “esp-diego.mg” already exists in the Apache configuration."

Dear Support Head,
I have an addon domain hosted at Johnny Server.
I already reconfigured my domain, so the corresponding nameservers are now "ns1.heliohost.org" and "ns2.heliohost.org".
I did this configuration 24 hours ago, however until now, I cannot access to the homepage with my domain name. I always get the "Account Queued" default page.
Please correct my problem.

Hi,
When signing up with the same email adress, I get the following message
"Account Status
Your account has been created, and your main domain espdiego.heliohost.org is ready to go. If you're still seeing the account queued page when you go to your domain make sure you clear your browser cache or view your site through a proxy. Sometimes the queued page can get saved in your browser even though your site is working. You can log in to your cPanel to begin creating your website."
I already had a backup copy of my website. Would it be possible to completely remove my current account, so I will sign up again by using the same parameters but with a different server.
