1. Remove gonzalox.ga (registrant is no more)
2. Remove gonzalox.gonzalox.heliohost.org (I think was left from cPanel)

Make main domain gonzalox.heliohost.org.

Your username is all in lower-case. Are you typing the username all in lower-case ?

The first thing I did was to reactivate the account, and reactivated (I just did again).

I've tried on different browsers, clearing cache and data under normal and incognito mode: same.
