The same problem and at me I decided to switch to this host after problems with my other host. I've read good reviews for it in many places. I signed up and was told to wait 24 hours before I can log in. I have waited for 48 hours now and still I can't log in. I've set my domain's name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org right at the start, but still I can't get to my website - Firefox shows a "Problem loading page" sign instead. My username is maplesa. My domain is http://mapletrade.ch Help please
