Looks like I had to wait till site was not queued. I was able to Install phpmyadmin and run the SQL. Thank you for the help.

Hello, Since I have been moved to Johnny, I am having issues with the phpmyadmin. It loads, but when i attempt to run the script to create tables it will just load. It will then give a 500 error. I have tried the softaculous App, but that did not work. I am open to suggestions. thank you

Thanks for helping me out, I went ahead then with my new account (since my data was already on a backup). Once I see how things work, I will look to use a dedicated IP

Hello, I have recently started using Heliohost, so I am not sure if I had done something wrong or if there was an error. while working on my site, I was asked to sign back into Cpanel. That did not work, so I attempted a password reset that failed also (no account was found) I am in the process of re-creating my account, but now it looks like i can not rejoin the Tommy Server, as it is full. Not sure what to do. Do I also now need to request a dedicated IP address for my SSL if I am on Johnny? Heliohost: gameotm9 Thanks
