Hi, I recently received an email stating that a suspicious login was detected on my account "Didi" (mob.heliohost.org), and I wanted to kindly ask for some clarification. I’m a bit concerned and unsure whether this refers to a potential security breach - meaning someone may have logged in using my credentials -or if it's related to a possible violation of your Terms of Service. The mention of the single account policy also raised a question: does this mean another account may have been created under my name? To the best of my knowledge, I only have one account (mob.heliohost.org, with the alias vvww.eu, username "Didi", and email didi.hauser@gmail.com). If there are any other accounts mistakenly linked to me, please feel free to remove them. I would really appreciate it if you could take a closer look and let me know what exactly triggered the alert. If I’ve inadvertently violated any terms, I’d be grateful if you could point out the specific issue so I can make sure it doesn’t happen again.
