I am trying to unarchive/re-activate my account.

It's taking a long time and at the end asking me to contact support here.

I have been trying to add an addon domain webhosting.com.bd under my account "ftech" (on Tommy)

I did update my name servers to ns1-2.heliohost.org before adding the domain (changed back now since adding failed and i have to keep the site up) but it failed.

I have been able to add .com/.net domains earlier without any assue so I am assuming there might be any issue validating .com.bd domains?

I am trying to add 2 addon domains to my account.

I am getting the following error:

(XID b45cwc) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

I have already pointed the IN A records of the root domain name to the server IP address.

Server: tommy

Account: intekhab

Addon Domains:

felinetech.net

offnetwork.net

I wish to keep using the the 3rd party name servers i am using now.
