  1. I have a similar question. When I set up my account recently I gave as my Heliohost domain name a domain name I own (brucerob.eu) that is currently allocated as a web address to a different ISP's server. To be able to re-direct traffic to Heliohost I need to provide my Heliohost URL to the ISP which should presumably be 'www.brucerob.eu'. But I think this leads to a vicious circle as that is both the URL that is being re-directed and the target URL. Do I need to re-register my Heliohost account with a different domain name or can I use the same name for both purposes? Or is there another way round it? I hope this is clear and hope my nagging suspicion that this is a stupid question is wrong.
  2. Works fine now. Thanks
  3. Exactly the same happened with me. I tried to input an email address with the suffix '.eu', which has been around for a few years now. (I also entered my own domain name with the same suffix.)
