Database Issues

I've not found any difference since the problems were "fixed". I've deleted my database and recreated it, and attempted to restore it from cpanel. Instead of the full script being displayed on screen as it loaded, only the "selecting database" bit comes up.

 

I still can't access anything through phpmyadmin - all I get is another username and password request, followed by a blank page.

 

My username is jgaltry, and the (only) database is jgaltry_library
