When you visited the signup page, that limit had been reached causing signups to be temporarily closed until tomorrow (PST). This is to prevent the server from being backlogged and overloaded with signup requests. Unfortunately, at the moment, HelioHost have been forced to temporarily close signups as the server has a backlog of signup requests due to an error in the creation script. Please try again in a few days in the morning (PST). Sorry for any inconvenience. Quote
