trouble with signup for heliohost

hi there,

 

im new to helionet and tried to signup for heliohost...everything in the registration-formular i filled out, hopefully correct, just to receive this error:

"We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later."

what do i need to do to get my registration done? can anyone help pls.
