Guest Geoff
Would you like to be able to login w/ your gmail, yahoo, or msn account on Helionet? I don't mean you would not have to register as normal, but just be able to link your openID account to helionet, so you would not have to sign in as much. Wizard
We're running pretty old board software. I don't know if the two systems would be compatible.
Derek
Nah, I did some quick Googling and I couldn't find OpenID for IPB 2.2.0 (the version I'm assuming is being used).
Guest Geoff
Nah, I did some quick Googling and I couldn't find OpenID for IPB 2.2.0 (the version I'm assuming is being used). If you still have IP account, can dl this: http://community.invisionpower.com/files/f...e-beta-release/ But, you probably don't. Maybe you could make a mod yourself, if you have time. Derek
Maybe you could make a mod yourself, if you have time. Should be fun, as OpenID is open source and in theory it should work with any login system, as long as you edit it correctly. I'm currently making a blog and CMS with CodeIgniter and this thread just gave me a great idea to incorporate OpenID in the login system. Cheers. ~Derek
