I tried to sign up so many times that I exceeded the signup quota

I dont know why but it always gave me an error though all the fields were correct.

Can someone sign up for me?

Exceeding the quota doesn't mean that. Try signing up tomorrow, around 12AM PST.

you probably needto setup the domain first...

make sure that the nameservers in your domain management account at co.cc are set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

 

give that about a day to resolve to heliohost's servers then setup your account.

 

or register with fox3.heliohost.org and park your co.cc domain on top of that.
