Just made an account... One question

I made a hosting account here and am wondering if they have a site builder, something that doesn't require me to code? If they don't, I'm sure I can work fine without one, as all I need is a basic layout with an about me info, a contact info page, and something to allow me to be paid through PayPal (they make links for you to get paid like that, don't they?)
