Soccer-club website

Hello people,

 

I want to use my helionet acount for my soccer-club website. The club is called SV Blokzijl and is located in Holland, it plays on amateur-level but we want to take it to the next level. We think that a good website is one of the keys that wil lead to succes because it's really handy. It's been three years ago i did something with scripting so could use some help with finding the right scripts.

 

I want to build a website that includes:

 

- A smooth website, easy in use also for the fans (note: we also want to publish articles, i used joomla before and i liked it or are there better scripts now?)

 

- A usersforum, also for fans and to discuss club-policys (note: i want something simple in use i have experience with phpBB and SMF but i'm not sure if that's the kind of userforum you should use if building a club-website

 

- A video/foto archive

 

Could someone here give me some advice?

Just use joomla + extensions.

There are extensions for video/photos as well.
