Dreamweaver connect to heliohost mysql database

I am new to dreamweaver, and have never tried this before so can somebody tell me how to get dreamweaver to connect to heliohost's mysql database.

I tried the instructions, and came up with the following error:

 

 

I put in the following details:

 

 

cpanel database/user entry:

 

 

 

I use dyndns services; as my ip is dynamic, I put in my dyndns hostname on remote sql:

 

 

 

Please help.

Added "%.suddenlink.net" to remote access list. made successful connection.
