Account Not Activated

I have registered with User ID : jimish, link: http://jimish.heliohost.org/ on 7th April 2010, but even after 5 to 6 days I can't log-in to Cpanel and can't access my site.

 

pls, do somthing in this matter.

The server has been under a DDoS Attack for the last couple of days. And we're working on the back log of new acounts.
