We were able to do this because of a number of new optimizations that should decrease server load. This version of the .NET Framework is a good bit newer, and I've added two libraries: Npgsql for PostgreSQL access, and libgdiplus for TreeViews and other such controls. See here for more details. However recently - November 2010 - support for ASP.NET has been disabled.
