Wordpress or Joomla?

Hi all,

I have noticed that Go media has posted some great tutorials of wordpress applications. My question is I'm looking to get into web design and was wandering which application would be best for creating an online portfolio for myself and making websites for clients/ business's?

Both are good at what they are designed to do.

Wordpress i good for blogging, while Jooma is designed to host Websites with blogging as component.

Wordprress is mainly for blogging.

Joomla is a CMS.

 

I would go with Joomla.

i use joomla , it very powerfull cms yet, i've been seen , but wordpress is new and often use for bloging if u need good website u can use wordpress and if u want to have free and powerfull web , i suggest joomla cms

Joomla is better!
