if you wish to create a database, you have MySQL on this host.

 

in your cpanel you have "Databases":

there yoiu have MySQL and PostgreSQL

 

I myself have only used MySQL, and its very good for websites.

 

if you wish to manage the SQL Database, you can use PhpMyAdmin (its next to MySQL in "Databases")

 

I recommend you read about databases first.

google for tutorials, or buy a book
