softenglish Posted January 7, 2010 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Hello, I've set up the site http://librousado.heliohost.org/ and I have bought the domain www.librousado.cl ( a Chilean domain). I submitted the domain name and ip address so that the site www.librousado.cl redirects to http://librousado.heliohost.org/ . However that hasn't been possible. I wrote to to NIC Chile because the redirecting isn't working and they asked to enable port 53 (TCP / UDP) at my org site server. Byron Posted January 7, 2010 Share Posted January 7, 2010 Tell NIC Chile to set the nameservers to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org and then you need to add your domain librousado.cl to your Parked Domains in your cpanel.
