how can I enable port 53 (TCP / UDP)

Hello,

 

I've set up the site http://librousado.heliohost.org/ and I have bought the domain www.librousado.cl ( a Chilean domain). I submitted the domain name and ip address so that the site www.librousado.cl redirects to http://librousado.heliohost.org/ . However that hasn't been possible. I wrote to to NIC Chile because the redirecting isn't working and they asked to enable port 53 (TCP / UDP) at my org site server. Can you please do that? thanks in advance

Tell NIC Chile to set the nameservers to:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

 

and then you need to add your domain librousado.cl to your Parked Domains in your cpanel. After this is finished it may take up to 48 hours to propagate.
