Photo Gallery

Just looking for oppinions and pro/cons of the various photo gallery programs out there. I want to add a gallery to my site. Looking for one that is not difficult to install or manage but is fleable. My son is using a plugin for wordpress... I do not have word press installed so what else is available?

I would suggest to use Plogger. It's free and open source. Also, it is not so complex and also light on the server.
