Publishing a FrontPage web to HelioHost

I have created a small website using Microsoft FrontPage 2002. Now I can't seem to figure out how to publish the web to HelioHost using FrontPage's Publish Web command. It asks for a destination and nothing that I give to it works. Has anybody been able to do this? Thanks.
