FTP Problems

I'm FTP'ing into my site (www.ericboll.heliohost.org), and my connection kicks out after every 10 seconds or so...I didn't have this 3 days ago when I first created my site, so it's possible that I screwed something up.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Haha, I knew I'd forget something. I've used WinSCP and FileZilla, and I have broadband (no problems other than the FTP). Interestingly enough, in the past 5 minutes that I've been using WinSCP, there's been no problems...might have been a situational kind of thing.
