I am able to log into the cPanel and view admin screen. I really just want to see the traffic on the site. My traffic will be low, so looking at the raw log is fine. However, when I click "Raw Access Log" and try to download the log for "southernproperty.heliohost.org" it gives me a zip file with a 0 byte log file. At the very least, I've been accessing it.

 

Any suggestions?

It seems All log files except Error log files has been disabled since June,last year.And today,They are moving files,so HTTP services down.
