papukai Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Start by asking djbob for a dedicated IP adress, so you can then add your ssl-key in your cpanel. Then use the password directory feature in the cpanel to limit the acces to your proxy. Remember that your proxy must meet the rules in the TOS.
Binary Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 I didn't think most hosts (especially free ones) allowed proxies. Kudos if Heliohost does, though!
Byron Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 I didn't think most hosts (especially free ones) allowed proxies. Kudos if Heliohost does, though! Djbob allows a private proxy only if it doesn't overload the server. If it happens to put too much of a load on the server than he will delete your account. Cheers, Byron
