I tried to log in to the cpanel via the helionet home page. And, I tried the link... I still can't get it because of a space problem during my registration/sign up process. Who can fix this?

Wow, that's a very unlucky situation you got into. I am guessing the admin didn't pay his electric bill? Well simply the space is running out and the owner needs to split up or get more space or something.

 

Once the admin (djbob) gets on, he should see your problem and know how to fix it but for now no one can really help you.

This has been fixed, you should be able to remake your account.
