I cannot connect with several ports.

I'm trying to use different applications which uses different sockets and I can only use the 80 and 21... no sFTP(20), no steam(No idea), no cPanel(2082) :o ... I feel really frustrated...

This is (I guess) because of my University Internet service, and it's something I cannot change.

 

Do you know any app which could help me???
