Ivar T Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 Now I've made a few threads without getting any replies, so this thread I make in the Other section as I don't want to get any undeserved post counts. This is however something that just struck me, and I don't know if it is possible... Anyway, according to Google PageRank is increased when high quality site's link to yours. With FireBug, you can edit the page you're viewing, and insert a link... Anyone follow? I don't know how Google works, so I really don't know if it would have any effect. Quote
Bass5098 Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 You would not get a higher ranking as firebug only affects you and what you are seeing. Firebug does not affect what others are seeing when they view the page. Quote
Ivar T Posted September 15, 2008 Author Posted September 15, 2008 Dang, I guess my idea of gaining pagerank by clicking a link to the site was wrong, the links themselves are the ones that gives pagerank. This thread is so deleted. Quote
