Kenton Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 (Don't shoot me because I don't host my site on Heliohost ) After adding a wordpress ad on my Wordpress-based blog, it seemed to make the sidebar disappear in IE. Note: It Seemed This is a screenshot on Firefox: Link Looks great. Now on IE: link Uh oh! No sidebar! link Oh wait... There it is! At the bottom of the page! Any idea why this is happening? Should I just edit the CSS to decrease the main content width? What should I do? (No, I don't host my website on Heliohost. I run my own server. Can anyone help me anyway?) PS: I have one little side question. I wrote a script to make daily backups of my website and store them on my USB drive. Is there anything against Heliohost's rules on programatically uploading daily .zip backups of my website via FTP as long as I don't go over my bandwidth/space limits? Thanks.
Ashoat Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 You can fix this by giving the left (main) column a fixed width.
