Apparently, it was suspended for running cronJobs too often. How long will the suspension last?

I can't log on to cpanel, it keeps reprompting me for my username and password.

 

Is it possible to lift the suspension so I can get this fixed? I didn't know about this as it wasn't written in the TOS.

There were like 30 sites nearly identical to yours that were putting the server load near 20. In short, your site and others like it were rendering the server useless because of your cron jobs.

 

Can you tell me how you got your account and who recommended HelioHost?

I'm new to these kind of things so I didn't really know how cronJobs worked. Couldn't you have just disabled the cronJobs and sent us a warning or something?

To answer your question, one of my friends just made an account here and told me to use this host.

He did some of it but I'm the lead programmer so I'd be the one responsible for the cronJobs.

You really ought you know that running that many cron jobs on that many accounts will destroy a server...

But if you are willing to remove all but one cron job per day from your account, then I'll reenable it.
