It's a essay about the state of computing in recent times [recent = 1999 ], this is actually an annotated version that includes more recent news [2004], but is still kinda old. However, I find that the information is still relevant today. It has MGBs, TANKS, AND BATMOBILES in it! ...and monkey chauffeurs! ~Wizard {is bored and procrastinating studying}
