rct Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 Is it possible to have a domain name that is registered in heliohost name instead of mine?
Wizard Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 If by that you mean have a subdomain ending in .heliohost.org, yes. If you mean getting a top level domain through Helionet, you must provide your own info. It's a legal thing.
rct Posted March 5, 2008 Author Posted March 5, 2008 top level domain, it is posiible to create one using another company information
Wizard Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 top level domain, it is posiible to create one using another company information Ask djbob. You have to use your real name, address, etc, no matter what though. I don't know what djbob's policy with registering domains is, so.. yah.
awesomegamer Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 I think we discussed this a while back... there was like a third party or something that did this for you...
Ashoat Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 If you are going to get a domain from HelioHost, I need you to provide your info. You can't use another company. And for the record, your posts are going to have to be better quality than they currently are in order to get a domain name. Read the big, red, bolded text at the top of the page.
