Waiting for approval ad-based account

Hello,

 

I've recently signed up for a Heliohost ad-based account. When I try to visit the homepage (which is http://loreoflove.heliohost.org ) I still get the "Suspended account notice" page which says that ad-based account usually take less than a day to get approved. I've waited for about three now, so I was wondering if maybe I did something wrong, or maybe did not do something that I should have? I really like what I've seen and heard about this host so I hope someone can help me
