Icecubes Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 First of all, I am Tbone. So, I made a new account so I could register with my new domain name (Thanks again djbob!) I sent some hosting items over and tried to use them, but when I press Sign Up it tells me that I need to fill in the UserName form. So I put in Icecubes and press sign up, but it returns that it cannot find my name so I can't create a new account. Whats wrong?
Ashoat Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 First of all, you're only supposed to have one HelioNet username. Use your Tbone account. Second of all, you're not supposed to fill out the username field. That's for renewals, which is why that field is under the Renewal header.

karath Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 You're using firefox/opera/some other way cooler browser than IE. You have to use IE to sign up. Djbob needs to fix that.
